After Amanda gained 50lbs with her daughter, she faced the same challenges you are when it came to dropping the pounds after baby. While adjusting to motherhood, the days of endless hours and loads of energy quickly seemed to disappear. As a result she was inspired to become a Certified Personal Trainer and in doing so MommyFit was born. Amanda offers a variety of services to help the adverage mom get that body back or even better than before because you deserve to love the body your in. She offers Personal Training Sessions, BootCamps and Fitness Training Programs in the lower mainland of British Columbia, Canada. If you don’t live in her area, no problem she’s written a book with different programs designed to help you be that Hot Mama you already are but feel it on the inside and out. These programs are designed so you can do them in the comfort of your own home or the gym. The best part is that they are simple and safe exercises you can do in minutes with fantastic results…she’s the proof!
